Sai is the best teacher of Yoga I have come across. His classes are challenging yet so calming. The union of body and breath continuously helps elevate the soul. It truly brings peace after the hour. Sai’s instructions are clear and emphasis on right breathing, encouraging students to slowly progress further, sticking to real meaning and purpose of yoga. Yoga like any other branch of knowledge is passed on through parampara and Sai gives taste of that authentic Krishnamacharya line of yoga without diluting it and helps us reap benefit of age old wisdom passed on by yogis .

I have been practicing Asana and pranayama since long but without an instructor. But when I did the same under guidance of Sai, I could feel the difference in terms of my ability to stretch and breathing. Overall it was a wonderful experience. I like practising breathing with flow.
